Donna Anderson

Manager, Regional Agency

In my role at North American Title Insurance Company, I interact with our title agents across the country. This involves the agent onboard process, eliminating technology issues for NATIC agents, improving processes and consulting. I also work closely with our Sales team and am responsible for onboarding all new team members. In addition, I collaborate with our Technology, Marketing, Audit, Legal and Accounting departments to form creative solutions and processes for our clients. I was recently awarded the MVP award for the Sales team.

I have spent the past 30 years in the real estate and title industry in various roles. Whether working with title agents or our Sales team on projects, training and education, or sales, I am constantly aware of the challenges title insurance industry professionals face when it comes to recruiting, training, retaining quality employees and improving processes. My goal is to help agents in these areas when needed. Seeing others succeed is my motivation!

I am based in Ohio, outside of Cleveland, and have two sons, a daughter-in-law and three wonderful grandchildren. I sing weekly as a background vocalist at my church and live in Amish country in the “middle of nowhere” and enjoy every minute of it.

I am an approved CE instructor in the following states (TX, CA, SC, CO, MD, VA, FL, KY, OH, IN, LA, PA, GA, TN & AL)

Expert on the following topics:

  • Journey Mapping Your Way to Success
  • Being a magnet for the Millennial generation
  • How to most effectively utilize the resources you already have in your office
  • Onboarding new employees for the best retention and productivity
Rich Griffin

Rich Griffin

Senior Vice President, Agency

For nearly 30 years, I have been bringing value to clients inside the real estate, title insurance and settlement services industries, blending a unique prospective of lending, title company ownership and underwriting. I joke that I will not sell something unless I have been a consumer of the product first.

As the owner of a multistate title company for 10 years, which spanned the Great Recession, I have an intimate understanding of what it takes to operate a successful operation during challenging times. I sold my title company in 2014 and currently serve as Senior Vice President of Agency for North American Title Insurance Company.

A recognized speaker on sales strategy, management, CRM and organizational culture, I have taught and coached hundreds of real estate agents, loan officers and title professionals across the country. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Expert on the following topics:

– Sales and marketing

– Company culture

Michael Holden

Michael Holden

Vice President Strategic Agency Manager

A third-generation title professional, I have been serving the title industry since 1989. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and have previously owned and operated a large title agency in Missouri. Prior to joining NATIC, I was national agency manager for two different regional underwriters. As an active member of the American Land Title Association, I have served on several committees and have previously served on the agents’ section to the board of governors.

My passion is speaking and teaching the next generation about the land title business. Throughout my career, I have taught classes to a cumulative total of over 10,000 students. I have been a speaker for several state land title association conventions and provide CE classes to title agents in the Midwest. Having a wealth of knowledge about the history of the land title industry in the United States, I author a monthly article titled: “The Ramblings of a Title Man.” In 2007, I was recognized as a “Top 40 under 40” by The Title Report. In 2020, my second book, “The Ramblings of a Title Man – Second Edition,” was released and is available at www.lulu.com. My family has celebrated 100 years of service to the land title industry and published an historical website, www.holden100.info, to celebrate the century milestone for the family.

After working as both an agent and an underwriter, I understand the critical partnership between the two. Working as a title agent is a tough, but rewarding job, and my goal is building a partnership that enhances a title agent’s success. North American Title Insurance Company is focused on building a responsive and nimble relationship with its agents, representing a hands-on alternative to the oversized corporate underwriting companies.

Approved CE instructor in the following states: OH, IN, PA, NJ, VA, MD, MO, WY, MT, CO, AR, FL, GA, MS, AL, LA & UT
