Frequently Asked Questions
Make sure you are logging in with your Agent Connect credentials to log into Doma Academy. Logging into Agent Connect or Doma Academy will simultaneously log you into our internal system and you can navigate between both once logged in.
- In it's previous iteration, Doma Academy was known as NATIC U and had a separate set of credentials from your Agent Connect account. Doma Academy has been integrated with Agent Connect, and utilizes the same Agent Connect login credentials.
If you do not yet have an Agent Connect account, please email [email protected] for verification and account creation.
While logged in, visit your profile page to update your contact information, state selections for credit, or license numbers.
Our education team will submit earned credits for you.

Our CE/CLE Courses do not allow for fast-forwarding or rewinding due to various state DOI/Bar Assn requirements.
We understand that you may want to re-watch a course, or a section of a course. All of our courses are available in the Electives Section with the play bar fully enabled for you to freely jump around to any part of the video.
For non-credit seekers, or if you have already received credit and are looking to re-watch a course, all of our courses are available for viewing on our Elective Courses page.
